The Value of Fun

The Value of Fun
Chris Brogan

I read a lot of blogs. Or at least I try to. Sometimes I get behind. And sometimes I have the chance to catch up, like today.

One of the blogs I keep up with is Chris Brogan’s. If you don’t know Chris, he is a social media consultant. He is the President of New Marketing Labs, a company that helps businesses with online marketing and PR. He often writes on his blog about emerging technologies. I am not only fascinated by what he writes, but I am also inspired by him… by who he is and how he relates with others. In our new digital world, Chris Brogan gets it. He understands the bigger picture. He cares, genuinely, about people. He is just himself. Just a guy. Transparent. And he effectively uses new technologies (and the social concepts they bring) to create relationships with others. And that inspires me.

I came across this video in one of his recent posts. As someone who is sooo busy (and paradoxically seems to get very little accomplished), I needed to see this video. Take 5 minutes to watch it. I’m glad I did. I need the power of fun.

What about you? Are you ready for fun?
