We are going grain free for healing our guts (aka the Specific Carbohydrate Diet). I made these for breakfast and they are delicious!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Smash banana well and blend with other ingredients.
- Fry on griddle with a little oil or butter.
