Food Network began airing Good Eats back in July of 1999. That was 16 years ago! Over 14 seasons, Alton Brown produced 249 episodes. All of that came to an end in 2011. In May 2011, on The Catholic Foodie podcast, I said goodbye to one of my all-time favorite cooking shows: Alton Brown’s Good Eats. Today on The Catholic Foodie Show, we reach back into the archives of The Catholic Foodie podcast to listen to my tribute to the fun and quirky Good Eats.
