Top Chef New Orleans Is Over, but the Winning Dish Is Still Available

Fans of Bravo’s Top Chef New Orleans might be a bit sad that the show is now over, but they can still get a bite of the season’s winning dish at Emeril’s New Orleans, Emeril’s Delmonico and at NOLA Restaurant.

Chef Emeril’s New Orleans restaurants will be offering Chef Shirley Chung’s winning dish, a West Lake Black Drum with Asian meuniere sauce, braised celery, and shiitake mushrooms ($30) as an entree during dinner service from January 23 through February 23. The dish won the final regular episode for this season of “Top Chef,” which was filmed on location at Emeril’s restaurant.

Try the dish at Emeril’s (504-528-9393), Emeril’s Delmonico (504-525-4937), or NOLA Restaurant (504-522-6652).

Now through February 23, guests may also enjoy the NOLA Quickfire cocktail ($9), a whiskey cocktail made with Sazerac rye whiskey, triple sec, Peychaud’s, orange bitters, and fresh lemon and grapefruit juice at all three of the restaurants.
