Greek Fest Opa!Char joins me on the show today to recap the Greek Fest. We talk about grilling, share some feedback, and I talk Char into sharing her Tabouleh (tabouli) recipe.

Dinner woes? Sarah Reinhard isn't scared off, but finds herself turning to Mary.

A special thanks to L'Angelus for letting us use their Ave Maria in the show! (Note: their website is cajunrecords.com).

Holy Thursday and Grilled Lamb Chops

**The following is an article & recipe that was first published at iibloom.com.**

We are approaching the end of Lent, which ends with the beginning of the Easter Triduum, the three days celebrating the great events of our salvation: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday. Our Christmas Feasts

It's unusual for us, but this year we had three Christmases... at least we celebrated Christmas three times with family. Sort of.

Actually, the first Christmas celebration was a baptism. My brother-in-law (Norman) and his wife (Elizabeth) had their fourth child baptized the Sunday before Christmas. So, Char and I packed up the van, loaded the kids in, and drove to Baton Rouge for the Mass and reception.

Opa!

Be Greek for 3 days!

That was the theme for Greek Fest 2009.

Join us at the fest! Listen to episode 20. Opa!

Duane Desroche, a professional "fest-er" who attends all the local festivals, joins us for the day. He met us out at the Greek Fest, as he does every year. He is one of our closest friends, and he is Christopher's godfather.

And he knows just about everything there is to know about all festivals in Southeastern Lousisiana. He is an expert.
